If you would like to publish an announcement on the front page of the main web site, please request approval from the leadership team first.

If approved, please provide the following to one of the web site editors:

Banner: A banner for the front page of the web page.
Announcement page: Either an HTML page or an image with more details. When a web user clicks on the banner, he/she will see this announcement.

The banner will appear in one of the three banner slots:

For the banner, please follow these guidelines:

The banner should be either in JPEG or PNG format and its size should not exceed 35kb.
The banner should be 425 pixel wide and 150 pixel high.
It should include a hint that clicking on the banner, will take the user to the full announcement.
Do not include contact details without prior approval of the person whose contact details would be included.
Do not include more than 80 words on the banner, only essential information should be included.
Consider that the banner will appear on a light-blue background.
