Objectives

Most people should agree that the website's design, content, language and behaviour is:

  • Friendly but not cool or corporate
  • Positive
  • Attractive and but not glossy
  • Diverse (in terms of gender, ethnicity, class, age) and inclusive
  • Decent but not aloof
  • Simple
  • Vibrant
  • Inviting
  • Fun
  • People-focus, not building or money-focused
  • Conversational not broadcasting
