When I initially went to check out Indiana University as a senior in senior high school it was required for me to buy some Indiana University apparel. Each time I visited a new college I wanted to get my hands on some garments and merchandise to remember my visit to the school. However, after months of checking out heaps of schools my dressers are busting at the seams. For some reason though, I had a variety of University of Indiana apparel from sweatpants to t-shirts, a hat and sweatshirt. I remember my visit to the University of Indiana as if it was yesterday. Walking among the pupils on a tour I saw the magnificent buildings, gorgeous landscapes, and a load of pupils wearing their Indiana State University apparel with confidence. I could possibly tell that this was the school that I wanted to attend simply because all the pupils appeared so nice and absolutely nothing beats the red and white coloring of the Indiana University clothing. I got to visit the scholastic buildings, see the sports centers, and talk to a professor in the major I'm interested in. I felt so at home on the campus and was thrilled when I obtained my acceptance letter. The day I moved into my freshmen dorm room I needed to stop in at the Indiana University apparel store to obtain all the Indiana clothing and Indiana apparel I desired. It was a way for me to feel like I belong especially due to the fact that it seems as though every student has a wardrobe filled with Indiana clothing. My parents also purchased Indiana hoosier clothing to show their support for me and Indiana State University. The first day of class I was decked out in my iu sweatshirt and jeans. Much to my surprise, 4 of my peers in my first class had the exact same sweatshirt on that I did. It was clear to me that I wasn't the only individual who purchased iu apparel from the Indiana University apparel store the day of move in. Christmas was rapidly approaching and it was time to obtain my family and friends the very best holiday presents. Like every university student, all holiday and birthday gifts are bought at the school bookstore and include anything related to the university you go to. For example, I purchased my 3 brothers iu basketball apparel, I purchased some Indiana University baby clothes for my adorable nieces and nephews, and got iu sweatshirts for all my friends that go to various other colleges. Undoubtedly, my other college friends bought me clothes and things from the colleges that they go to. Now as I return to college for my 2nd semester I have not only my Indiana University clothing but also clothing from every school on both the east and west coastline. To all those high school seniors who are beginning to look at colleges to go to, make sure to stop in at the school shop and get your hands on all the necessary merchandise to help you keep in mind each and every college you checked out. read more
