Bullying is a very common type of abuse which one can easily see around us. Be it schools, parks, offices, colleges, any place, one is certain to find some type of bullying. 6. Stop others from bullying - one of the best ways to help you quit the habit and also socialize is to stop other people who is bullying from bullying. When you are putting a stop to other's bullying, you will be automatically pushing yourself from the same.
