Self uncertainty, indecision, & concern the three horsemen that damage your chances for success. When you yourself have one of these emotions another two are nearby. If you've doubt in your skills as a or are incisive on what you are planning to fight your opponent, concern will automatically activate & take over. Your odds of being victorious before even entering the ring will undoubtedly be knocked out. These emotions can influence your performance due to the mind / human body connection. You will hesitate on fully committing to your practices & combinations while fighting. You'll telegraph your movements due to indecision and your rate of your practices will slow down due to being hard & rigid.

Like animals, which sense concern, individuals are no different. The vibrations of fear pass from one mind to some other just as quickly & definitely as a human voice. Your opponent throughout the ring will sense your concern & use it to his advantage. The three horsemen need to be mastered before claiming your name in or outside of the band.

Here are some guidelines

1. Think from your own opponents mind, what would he do?

2. Watch & evaluate your competitors fights to acquire a feeling of his game plan

3. Focus & remind your self of your strengths as a fighter.

4. At night before going to sleep rehearse your struggle plan in your thoughts & what you would do to counter problems

5. Have a flexible fight plan ready in your head & adhere to it

aIN ORDER TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS YOU MUST PLACE YOURSELF IN YOUR OPPONENTaS SKIN.IF YOU DONaT UNDERSTAND YOURSELF, YOU'LL LOSE a LARGE NUMBER OF THE TIME.IF YOU UNDERSTAND YOURSELF YOU'LL WIN 50% OF THE TIME.

IF YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF & YOUR OPPONENT YOU'LL GET a HUGE NUMBER OF THE TIME.a
