Skill shortages are set to keep a feature of the labour market, the report concludes, because of the strength of the aging workforce and the economy. Financial forecasts modelled by the report show there is unlikely to be described as a boom-bust scenario in the small to medium term. This reflects the resource-driven building boom, which can be underpinned by strong growth in demand from China and record asset costs, specially for the state's main ship, iron ore.
Skilled careers currently constitute very nearly 60 percent of the workforce and the report estimates that general demand for higher skills in Western Australia will probably remain constant as a percentage of the economy. Other skilled occupations in demand include professionals, administrators, professionals, associate professionals, tradespersons and related clerical, sales, transport and production workers.Real Property Management 23011 Moulton Pkwy #2 Laguna Hills, CA 92653 (949) 600-5243 the guide to real property management orange county
